We use European Membranes — oleophobic expanded PTFE (ePTFE) membranes that allow air and water vapour to pass freely while blocking water, dust, and oil. Insert-moulded into each vent body for a permanent, reliable seal.
Every single vent undergoes 100% airflow testing and full optical inspection before dispatch. Individually traceable. Independent lab certificates (IP54–IP68, IK10) available to minimise incoming inspection cost and accelerate OEM approval.
